1. Dada - refers to an older brother/ a man who is older than you and is like a brotherly figure. Analogous to bhaiya in Hindi.

2. Tai - refers to an older sister/ a woman who is older than you and is like a sisterly figure. Analogous to didi in Hindi.

3. Vaini - refers to sister-in-law. Analogous to bhabhi in Hindi.

4. Aatya - refers to aunt (Generally paternal aunt). Analogous to bua in Hindi.

5. Aajoba - refers to grandfather (maternal or paternal both).

6. Ajji - refers to grandmother (maternal or paternal both).

7. Aai - refers to mother.

8. Baba - refers to father.

9. Kaka - refers to paternal uncle.

10. Kaku - refers to paternal aunt.

11. Mama - refers to maternal uncle.

12. Mami - refers to maternal aunt.
